They really seem like the first name to pop into my head when I think of companies that should be dependable, but at the same time I've heard horror stories about them stranding people for hours when their car breaks down.

Are they worth the cost for the extra services that they offer or should people avoid them?

I saw a top 10 list with Esurance listed on the top, but so many "lists" are from non reputable places that I really never trust any list that I see unless it's in a consumer magazine.

Does anyone know if Esurance really is the best out there?

Are they really as cheap as they make themselves out to sound? Their site certainly looks like it didn't cost them much with their customer service personality being the main focus of the page.

Is it actually worth looking into or are they a horror story waiting to happen?

This seems like a good company to look into a small package deal with for home, life and car insurance.

Did any of you guys get involved with them and find it to be worthwhile? I've never heard anything bad about them, but I've never really heard anything good either.

Are 21st Century car insurance and Century 21 the same people? I was thoroughly confused when I saw the car insurance company and thought I was going insane. I had to google it and look for real estate to figure out that I wasn't out of my mind.

If they aren't related, then it would seem shady to take a name that's so close to that of another company... Has anyone ever had insurance with 21st Century that can talk about it?

Those caveman commercials for Geico are really annoying. I think they're right to have two different advertising styles with the caveman and the gecko, but I just can't stand either of them, least of all the caveman ones anymore.

It got old a long time ago and I roll my eyes every time I hear that tag line. Obviously the ads must be working though because they're still around, but I'm wondering if anyone else feels like I do.

I really have to say that aside from Esurance (I love her flaming pink hair) that I'm a fan of the Aflac commercials.

Something about that duck just really manages to keep them on my good side when other mascots and themes start to grate on my nerves.

Online quotes and comparison quotes never really strike me as being completely legitimate. I really feel like no matter what a site says, it has a bias to one company or another that will effect the results.

Has anyone ever used an online quote system and generated information that they found to be accurate afterward?

I'm totally turned off by the fact that their main page has a baseball background. Don't get me wrong, I love the MLB, but it just doesn't seem like the best way to present your company when you sell insurance and not sporting goods if you know what I mean?

I'm not really into the way they have their site setup, but I know that you shouldn't judge a book by it's cover so before I completely write off Guardian Life I thought I'd look for a little input.

Are they really great, mediocre or below average from your experiences?

I think I remember reading a topic somewhere that said that life insurance policies were about more than just paying for your coffin and funeral after death. I think it said they could also be used when applying for loans and things as a source of equity or something? Is that actually the case?

Can anyone offer any good advice about that kind of thing? Like can you use your life insurance policy to benefit you when buying a home or something?

Any insight into dealing with New York Life for life insurance? I like that their website is pretty straight forward and they actually give their lowest rate on the splash page.

It's a lot better than having to dig around for it.

Has anyone used them for life insurance? Was it a good setup or should I avoid it?

This company really throws me off, maybe I just don't know enough about insurance agencies but it feels really odd to me that they deal in life insurance and retirement all while selling real estate on their site as well.

It seems... strange. Those are two big and extremely different fields of business to cram into one.

I know links aren't really encouraged, but this one isn't advertising anything... well I guess it is for this woman, but it's nothing I'd profit from haha

Be warned she's one of those annoying people that that constantly clicks her tongue while she talks: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FFs2hZD4e4Y

She apparently has a lifelong genetic disorder and can't get insurance so she's trying to get married to get coverage. Would you do something like that? I think if I were in her position I probably would if I had no other options.
